HERO leadership principles

1. Become an Evangelist

Evangelism is the transference of the dreams you’re selling to those you lead with great enthusiasm so that you can project infectious energy to the rest of the world.

You must constantly reinforce your messages and sell your dream to others, so they fully understand your mission. Keep it simple and clear.

6. Define your cause, crusade, and mission
